Groundhog Phil may have declared six more weeks of winter, but that doesn't mean you can't get your home ready for Spring! Chances are you didn't decide to sell your home overnight, so use the next six weeks, and our helpful tips, to prepare for the Spring market!

1. Declutter: Get a jump start on your spring cleaning by purging anything you haven't used, or worn, in the past year. And if you haven't already done so...we're not judging...take down the holiday decor and get organized! Space is your best friend when selling your home.

2. Freshen Up: The snow may still be on the ground, but that isn't a reason your home has to feel cold. If you're serious about selling in the next couple of months, now is the time to freshen up! Adding a fresh coat of neutral paint to your walls costs very little but is worth a lot!

3. Schedule a Home Inspection: Before putting your home on the market, make sure its functioning properly. The last thing you want is to have interested buyers, and then lose the deal because the air conditioner won't start. Trust us, it will pay off in the end!
