The Hollywood Terrace subdivision was established in the early 1920's and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. The subdivision included over 300 homes, most built between 1923 and 1940. The bungalow is the neighborhood's primary architectural style., but several single story Arts and Crafts style cottages, American Four Squares, and some Colonial Revival and Tudor Revival styles can be found.
